Rules for reviewers
Reviewer Guidelines
- All submitted manuscripts undergo a plagiarism check before being sent for blind peer review.
- If an author has a conflict of interest with a specific researcher, they must submit a request to exclude that reviewer.
- The journal follows a "double-blind" review system, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
- Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts with a PhD or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
- Reviewers must provide an objective, well-reasoned evaluation of the manuscript's scientific quality, significance, and adherence to academic standards.
- Review comments should be submitted through the journal’s electronic platform.
- If revisions are needed, the editor forwards the reviewer's comments to the author for modifications.
- After revisions, the manuscript may be reassessed by the original reviewers.
- Manuscripts with two positive reviews are approved for publication, pending final editorial review.
- If one reviewer provides a positive review and another a negative one, a third reviewer is consulted.
- The final decision on acceptance or rejection is made by the editor-in-chief or the editorial board.
- If all reviews are negative, the manuscript is rejected and will not be reconsidered.
- Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to the manuscript.
- Reviewers should maintain confidentiality and not share manuscript details with others.
- If a reviewer identifies significant errors or ethical concerns in the manuscript, they should notify the editorial team.
- Reviewers are expected to complete their evaluation within 4–6 weeks of receiving the manuscript.
- Manuscripts that require substantial revisions should be returned to the author within a designated time frame for corrections.
